Hi, I think I have an answer.
But before I reveal it - in such situations you can always use the 'request hint' option. The computer will let you know what next move you could deduce based on the information available on the board. After seeing the hint, you can try to deduce how did computer know it. Computer never cheats - hints are generated using the solving algorithm, so the computer does not know where the mines are the same way you don't.
Now, to the solution. This indeed seems quite hard. If I understand correctly, at the time you had these two areas unsolved (one in the bottom left and one at the top), the counter was showing 7 mines remaining. If you check different mine combinations you can see that the area in the bottom left must have at least 3 mines, and the top one at least 4 mines. But there are 7 mines total, so the area in the bottom left has exactly 3 mines and the area at the top has exactly 4 mines. Knowing that, you can easily figure out that there are a lot of squares that do not contain mines, for example those leftmost squares of the area in the bottom left as well as the leftmost square in the top area (which would show ‘5’). You could have left-clicked on all those fields and rest of the game would have been easy.
